Located in Middlesbrough, the Parkway Medical Centre is an NHS practice, and as such, the team had to ensure its continuous operation throughout the flooring renovations.
To ensure patient care wasn’t disrupted, this project was broken up into three stages across multiple weekends, with flooring solutions including Woof FX Safety Flooring and Polyflor Safety Flooring across various areas.
Safety flooring was utilised across the entire building due to the nature of the business, as the client required a flooring solution that was easy to clean, and would ensure the highest hygiene standards at all times.
The flooring upgrades covered the following:
- Uplift of all existing flooring and removal from site
- 150m2 of Polyflor Safety Flooring in five clinical rooms
- 150m2 of Wood FX Safety Flooring across all communal areas, including corridors and waiting rooms
